• Security Deposits: 1-bedroom, $250.00; 2-bedroom, $275.00; 3-bedroom, $300.00

• Pet Fee: $350 (non-refundable)

• Key deposit: $50 per key

• Flat rent rates:

1 Bedroom - $471.00

2 Bedroom - $618.00

3 Bedroom- $746.00

• Rental rates are based off of 30% of the adjusted annual income, not to exceed the flat rental rates listed above.
